Nicki Weiss, Founder, Strategist, and Lead Coach/Trainer
A certified professional leadership coach, master trainer, and workshop leader, Nicki Weiss brings over 25 years of experience to sales leaders and teams. Clients are delighted with the results they see, based on her ability to help them create practical strategies and effective tactics that drive more revenue.
Since 1992, Nicki has worked with more than 20,000 sales professionals including manufacturers, distributors, manufacturers' rep firms, pharmaceuticals and biotech. Clients describe her coaching and training style as fun, energetic, challenging, warm, grounded in common sense and focused on results. Earlier in her career, Nicki held sales and sales leadership positions, consistently achieving top-ranking status.
Nicki is a thought leader in the areas of sales, leadership, and team development. She is a regular contributor to industry trade publications, and has been quoted in various magazine and newspaper articles, including The Toronto Star. Nicki speaks at conferences throughout North America, and hosts the wildly popular educational teleforums for industry associations. Nicki co-chaired the International Coach Federation’s PRISM award committee, recognizing corporations committed to organizational excellence through coaching their executives and senior management teams.
Outside work, Nicki's hobbies include regular exercise, gardening, and skiing, all of which are hard on the knees and remind her that life is about the journey, not the destination.
Joanne is a principal in Soulzatwork. Joanne and Nicki have been collaborating since 2005.
Joanne is passionate about leadership and supporting leaders to be authentic and courageous in shifting the status quo. She has worked with hundreds of leaders in her career in employee health, business development, marketing communications and HR in the high tech and pharmaceuticals prior to starting Soulzatwork in 2003.

Sophie Boyko, NCC | PCC | ORSC
Entrepreneurial spirited from a young age, Sophie has owned a franchise, founded her own retail business and has acted as a consultant and coach to some of North America’s largest organizations. Sophie’s credentials include more than 15 years of sales leadership success as a business development director, training program designer, facilitator and executive coach.
Sophie coaches executives and their teams to achieve unprecedented results. She has coached programs as large as 500 participants, co-facilitate programs as large as 300 participants and specializes in small groups and one-on-one. Her expertise in human behavior and how it relates to strategy, leadership, team effectiveness and exceeding sales targets are invaluable.
Mary Ellen Sanajko
Mary Ellen brings her lightening-sharp wit, great sense of humour, and extensive business experience to the coaching world. She truly is creativity, analytics, and insight wrapped into one package. Bryan C. Shirley, CPMR

Paul Chato, CEO, Your Web Department
It's hard enough to succeed in one career. Paul has succeeded in four different pursuits. At first pursing a potential career in nuclear physics, Paul chose, instead, to develop his creative skills. After graduating from Ryerson's Radio Television Arts he started Chato Art Ink, one of Toronto's more successful independent design firms. He stopped designing to take up comedy helping to form the now legendary Frantics Comedy Troupe, and will be forever remembered as Mr. Canoehead, “Canada’s aluminum-headed crime fighter.” Paul then joined the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation rising up to the position of Head of TV Comedy. After considering a move down to Los Angeles to take up a position as VP of development at a major Hollywood studio, Paul instead chose to exercise his interest in computers. Paul started Electramedia and in the intervening years produced the hugely successful CD-ROM game Jewels of the Oracle, hundreds of corporate presentations, videos and Internet sites. Since 1997 Electramedia switched its focus 100% to the Internet and most recently has become Your Web Department™, the worlds first and only hosted website management system that lets people update and design their websites without programming. YWD is primarily directed at small businesses and the design community and has clients all over the world.

Traci Kerfont, Kerfont Designs and Virtual Assistance
Traci Kerfont provides design, logistics planning and virtual assistance services for executive and team coaches. Prior to starting Kerfont Design in 2004, Traci spent over 15 years in the high tech sector in project management, creative design and administrative services.
Traci is known for her tenacious and focused follow up and coordination of projects and people. She is skilled at her publishing, creative designs and for her eye catching layouts in a range of visual and program materials. Traci keeps people and projects on time and on budget.
Established in December, 2000, CoachingWorks provides coaching, training, and development services in the areas of leadership effectiveness, leveraging teams and high potential employees, executive transition, communication and relationship dynamics, and sustainability.
Sharon was awarded the Gold Medal in Commerce & Finance from the University of Toronto. For the first 10 years of her career, she traded financial securities and managed a corporate sales desk, where she was noted as one of the top 3 salespeople industry-wide in money market securities. For the next 10 years, she was a Senior HR Business Partner, working strategically with individuals as senior as Vice-Chair. She was regularly deemed a high potential, exceptional performer, and has managed teams in both line and staff functions. In 2000, she went back to school to become professionally certified as a coach and continues to upgrade her skills in leadership and team effectiveness and high performance.
Bree Romain, Executive Assistant
